LOVE Island star Chris Taylor has revealed that he unfollowed Curtis Pritchard on social media to “show a bit of loyalty” to his best pal Maura Higgins.
Former DWTS pro Curtis was recently pictured kissing fellow dancer Amber Pierson– the female with whom he has denied cheating on Maura Higgins with before they split back in March.

Her mum and fellow Islanders Molly-Mae Hague and Chris Taylor followed suit shortly after the snaps came to light.
Chris has revealed that there’s “more to the story” and admitted that he didn’t want to be associated with the dancer.
He said: “I was just basically on the phone with Maura as the news dropped so we were having a catch up.
‘NO BRAINER’
“I back Maura, I spend a lot of time with her, I’m very loyal to her she’s literally like my best mate from the villa so it was kind of a no brainer.
“Obviously there is a lot more to it than you see in the press …It’s just not something I want to personally be associated with.
“So I unfollowed him to show a bit of loyalty to Maura and also I didn’t even think it was that big of a deal but people really blow unfollowing out of proportion it’s not that deep.”
‘JUST MATES’
Chris also said that he and Maura are “just really good mates” and that they’ve “never done anything.”
The 28-year-old put rumours to bed that he and Maura’s relationship was anything more than platonic.
Chris appeared on The Six O’Clock Show where he was interrogated by hosts Ray Foley and Muireann O’Connell about their relationship.

He jokingly said: “Do you know what, if I had a quid for every time somebody asked me that I’d be able to buy batteries and cheese and other expensive things.”
He added: “No we are just really really good mates we get on really well totally platonic, we’ve never done anything and we just like each other’s company.
“We just have really good banter, I like the Irish banter.”
