LOVE Island star Maura Higgins has confirmed she’s dating former co-star Christopher Taylor.
The Longford beauty posted a snap of them looking as though they’re about to kiss.
She captioned it: “He’s mine
@christophertaylorofficial.”
Rumours have been rife about the pair’s relationship but they have both been adamant in the past that they are just friends.
Christopher confirmed their relationship on his Instagram as well saying: “Turns out I fell in love with my best mate @maurahiggins 
”
The announcement was met with nothing but love from friends and fans.
Michael Griffiths said: “Things you live to see.”
Terrie McEvoy added: “I knew it. Perfect for eachother.”

There were hints that the pair were romantically involved after they more recently took part in the ‘Kiss your best friend’ challenge on Instagram.
Chris, 29, whipped his shirt off, before lifting her above his head.
He posted the video of them kissing on Instagram last week saying what a brilliant idea that challenge was.
Chris wrote: “Cheers Tiktok…bloody fantastic idea 
probs shouldn’t have lunged in fairness.
“If anyone’s confused about why I took my top off…go watch Crazy, Stupid Love immediately
