CHRIS Taylor has broken his silence after being axed from Love Island All Stars.
The 33-year-old left the Love Island All Stars villa last week after newcomer Adam Maxted picked to couple up with Arabella Chi, leaving Chris single.
Chris‘ stay in the South African pad was full of ups and downs, from Georgia Harrison, Hannah Elizabeth and Kaz Kamwi all stepping forward for him on day one to his furious fall-out with Arabella, 32.
Now Chris has spoken out on “what went wrong” during his time on the show.
Appearing on the Love Island: The Morning After podcast, he said: “The girls that lined up for me, they became my best friends in there. I had a different connection with those girls, I wouldn’t say it was one of sexual chemistry.
“Obviously it was amazing that they lined-up next to me and I still to this day think it was a prank but there just wasn’t that there with those three girls.”
Chris also had an unsuccessful romance with Joanna Chimonides during his time in the villa.
Despite them initially appearing to get close, Joanna eventually broke things off and told Chris he was “too jokey” for her.
But it seems there are no hard feelings as he revealed they’ve caught up since leaving the show.
He continued: “It was a very nice, very long chat, most of which I was just watching Joanna do stuff on FaceTime and speaking to her sister. She was unpacking her suitcase. We were just talking.”
Chris was branded a snake by furious Love Island fans after cracking on with Joanna as they share a very awkward connection.
Viewers were quick to point out that Chris lives with her villa ex Michael Griffiths.
One wrote on social media: “None of these people have loyalty.”
And another said: “Nah Chris is a snake get him tf out.”
